Traditionally, a photograph is an embodiment of a specific place and time. The photographer chooses the place and creates a personal representation of what all eyes can see. But, what if a photograph is not a physical depiction, but rather a portal to somewhere else. A door that leads us to another thought, feeling, place or time. A
statement more about possibilities than facts. The eyes see a specific scene and the mind travels to another location, memory or idea filling in the empty spaces of the photograph.
